ABOUT THE AUTHOR
William H. “Bill” Brewster is a writer, a former financial services executive, and a U.S. Air Force veteran who served as a cryptologic linguist. He is a member of the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR), and holds an MA in history from the State University of New York at Albany. His first book, The Workingman’s Game, was a finalist for SABR’s prestigious Seymour Medal.

A native of Waverly, NY, Bill and his wife Maria lived and worked for many years in the Washington, DC, Dallas, TX, and Chicago, IL, areas. They currently live and work on Hilton Head Island, SC.
